lemlist excels for email and LinkedIn. But some prospects will never reply in writing: a call at the right time often unlocks the conversation. The Vitecall × lemlist integration does exactly that: moving leads from a campaign into a call list without manual CSV exports.
What the integration does
- One-time connection by an admin using the lemlist API key (encrypted, never displayed again).
- Choice of a campaign and import of its leads into a list named "lemlist · campaign name".
- Import of first name, last name, email, phone, company, position, LinkedIn profile, and the last lemlist step.
- Leads without a valid number are ignored, existing numbers are not duplicated, and those on do-not-call lists are blocked.
Setup in four steps
- 1In lemlist, open Settings then Integrations and generate an API key.
- 2In Vitecall, open Configuration then Integrations and click Connect next to lemlist.
- 3Paste the key, choose a campaign, and click Import.
- 4Launch a calling session on the new list.
When to call in a lemlist sequence
A sample cadence to adapt: email 1 on day 1, call on day 3 for non-respondents, follow-up email on day 5, second call on day 8. The last lemlist step shown for each contact helps you adapt your hook: you don't talk the same way to someone who opened your email three times as to someone who never saw it.
Hello Claire, Paul from Vitecall. I wrote to you Tuesday regarding your sales follow-ups, I'm taking the liberty of calling: do you have thirty seconds?
Keeping the sequence clean
Relaunch the import when the campaign grows: only new leads are added. A contact who asks not to be called is placed on the do-not-call list in Vitecall and will not be re-imported as callable. Remember to remove them from your lemlist campaign as well.
Vitecall does not write anything to lemlist: your campaigns, steps, and statistics remain exactly as you configured them.
