Vitecall connects to Claude. Once linked, Claude reads your calls, contacts, appointments, and tasks using your Vitecall account permissions. You ask questions, and Claude answers based on your actual data.

Step 1: Add the connector in Claude

  1. 1In Claude, open settings then the Connectors section (name may vary depending on your version).
  2. 2Choose Add a custom connector.
  3. 3Name it Vitecall and paste the address: https://vitecall.fr/mcp
  4. 4Click Connect, then log in with your Vitecall account.

Step 2: Ask your questions

Activate the Vitecall connector in a conversation, then ask for example:

  • "Which sales rep set the most appointments this month?"
  • "Show me appointments set this week with the note and call summary."
  • "At what times do we set the most appointments?"
  • "List my follow-ups due today."
  • "Add Julie Martin to my SME Directors list."
  • "Import this CSV into a new Prospecting list, preserving extra columns."

What Claude can see

DataAccess
Call statistics and performance by sales repReading
Recent calls, appointments, notes, and summariesReading
Contacts and call listsRead, add and import CSV or structured contact databases
Follow-up tasksRead, create, and close

Claude only sees what your Vitecall account can see. A sales rep cannot see data from a team they do not belong to.

To import a database, give Claude a readable file or its CSV content, specify an existing list or a new list name and the phone country. Extra columns are preserved, accessible duplicates skipped and opposition protected. Your import permission applies: up to 2,000 rows per batch without truncating larger files; subsequent batches use the same list.
